This Full Time, 36 hours/week role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants and focuses on short-term treatment, monitoring, and recovery within a typical 24-hour discharge window. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented unit with strong ED collaboration and diverse clinical experiences, including post-surgical observation and complex medical care.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree required.
• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment and educates on post-treatment home care and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Uses nursing assessment to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual and cultural needs.
