Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the 3 East Medical-Surgical unit. This full-time night-shift role (7pm-7am) on a 36-hour week on a 5:1 patient ratio provides comprehensive, coordinated care across the nursing process.

You will work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with leadership support and ongoing education programs. Strong teamwork and commitment to quality patient outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and effective communication.
