TEEMA Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night-shift position in a facility-based healthcare setting.

The role requires an active AZ RN license, ability to administer medications, assess residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. 12-hour overnight shifts 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM on a block schedule; recent graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona.
• Recent RN graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing, LTC, or geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a block schedule.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and nursing staff.
• Perform initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
• Assist with MDS assessments, reviews, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
• Develop and carry out resident care plans with a team approach.
• Provide supervision to supporting staff as needed.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Monitor medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in training.
