Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license required.
• Full-time, 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking and decision‑making skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' physical and clinical conditions.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Monitor responses to treatments and report changes promptly.
• Document assessments, interventions, medications, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and patient safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient status.
