Job summary

TEEMA GROUP is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 12-hour day-shift role in Arizona’s skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The position offers day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, approximately 30–40 hours per week, with potential weekly variations.

Open to recent RN graduates and nurses with less than one year of skilled nursing experience; prior SNF/LTC or geriatric experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work full-time.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license required.
• Recent RN graduates welcome.
• SNF/LTC or geriatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess and monitor residents' medical, physical and functional status.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate with care teams.
• Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Provide ADL support and assist with daily living activities.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
