Job summary

Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Night Shift. This role involves direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting on a night schedule, with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options available.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
