Job summary
Heritage Grove Estates in Topeka, Kansas is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care, perform resident assessments, administer medications, and supervise CNAs during overnight hours.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Kansas RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to supervise and support nursing personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care according to individualized care plans and physician orders.
- Conduct ongoing resident assessments and identify changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments within RN scope of practice.
- Supervise CNAs and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure timely follow-up.
