Job summary

Great River Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for night-shift duties in Iowa. The role requires a nursing process approach to patient care and coordination with the health team to deliver high-quality services.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and schedules from 9:00pm to 7:30am, including every other weekend. An ADN or enrollment in the last semester is required, along with Iowa licensure.

Qualifications

• ADN minimum or currently in last semester of nursing program.
• Valid licensure/certification/registration required.
• RN licensed in the State of Iowa or currently in last semester of school.
• IV Conscious Sedation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinates with other health team members and communicates with patients and families to maintain high standards of care.
