Job summary

Endocrine News is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the patient care team on the night shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on quality patient care and collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, coordinating patient flow, and supporting performance improvement initiatives, while upholding safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. Licensure must be active with ACLS/BLS and RN eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associates or Nursing diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license required on hire with ACLS/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the patient care team and implement the care plan.
• Coordinate patient care flow and communicate with staff and family.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and precept other nurses.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
