The ideal candidate has 7+ years in AC winding, can fabricate coils with winding machines, and is proficient with testing tools like Baker/Electrom and IR equipment. Shift differential applies for the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AC motor winding experience.
• Proficiency with AC winding connections and designs.
• Experience with motors up to 7,200 V.
• Ability to fabricate coils using winding machines.
• Experience performing core iron testing.
• Computer skills and IR testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Rewind industrial AC and DC motors up to 7,200 V.
• Work with single- and three-phase windings and coils.
• Fabricate coils and perform core iron and electrical testing.
• Complete reports and document workmanship.
• Use testing equipment and ensure accurate job completion.
