Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor for the Auburn Hills store. You will direct Outfitters on the overnight shift, handle replenishment, merchandising, and price changes, while supporting inventory control and event coordination.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining signage and planograms, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Minimum 2–4 years retail experience and ability to work overnights required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 retail years experience preferred.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise overnight Outfitters, delegate tasks, and ensure proper execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, planograms, and signage.
• Perform nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers; support UPC and price integrity.
• Assist with inventory counts and coordination of special events; ensure staffing and training.
