Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapy shift supervisor for nights in the Richmond area. You will lead the assigned shift, ensure safe patient care, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and support teams.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required at hire or Instructor equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily activities of the night shift.
• Ensure safe patient care and efficient equipment use.
• Precept and onboard staff; support PI initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and departments to coordinate care.
