The position includes night shifts with differential, a $30,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and a structured promotional ladder within IU Health.

Qualifications

• Requires current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from Indiana.
• Graduation from a CoARC respiratory care program.
• NBRC registry exam completed within 6 months of hire; the 6-month requirement is void if hire date is more than a year after graduation.
• Healthcare Provider Certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred where applicable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders across ages.
• Collaborate with nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists to ensure patient care.
