Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program with an associate degree.
• RCP license issued by the state with NBRC credentials within 12 months or CRT credential if before 2023.

Responsibilities

• Support patient assessment using pulmonary diagnostics and blood gas analysis.
• Operate ventilators in critical and non-critical care areas.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and prescribed therapies.
• Educate patients on therapy purpose, technique, and self-care.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure proper function of equipment.
• Provide accurate handoffs and promote patient safety.
