Supervision of CRTs and students is included. The role requires CT licensure as an RRT, NBRC credentials, and BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Qualifications

• NBRC credentials required.
• CT licensure as RRT required.
• CPR Certification – BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Active member of AARC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement and document respiratory therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Supervise CRTs and students; provide education and resources.
• Document care per EMR guidelines and regulatory standards.
