• Associate's degree in respiratory care; bachelor's preferred.
• Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• CRT certification through NBRC; CRT credential within 6 months of hire.
• NRP and PALS certification expected within specified timelines.
• Demonst rate of safe, evidence-based respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across patient populations.
• Administer therapies, manage ventilators, and perform diagnostics.
