Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices in Fort Mohave, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team on a night shift. How you’ll contribute

• Examine and treat patients with breathing‑related conditions, perform diagnostic testing, and collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment.
• Provide patient education on therapies and medication use.
• Perform physiotherapy and related treatments.
• Measure lung capacity and analyze blood samples using a blood analyzer; may perform bedside PFTs, EKGs, and tobacco‑cessation education as ordered.
• Deliver ordered respiratory therapies; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and response to treatment.
• Respond to codes and emergent calls; assess patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
• Evaluate and contribute to respiratory care policies and procedures based on outcomes, research, and best practices.
• Educate patients and families on illness, treatments, device use, and community resources.
• Monitor, receive, stock, and distribute respiratory supplies and medical gas cylinders; maintain storage areas and equipment readiness.
• Disassemble, clean, sterilize, perform preventive maintenance and calibrate respiratory equipment.
• Perform all responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.

Participate in performance improvement and required education.
