MemorialCare's Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Therapist I for night shifts in a Per Diem role. The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides compassionate, expert pulmonary care to geriatric, adult, pediatric and adolescent patients across hospital settings.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent preferred.
• Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Card required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess pulmonary status of patients across age groups.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan and adjust respiratory therapy.
• Safely perform all respiratory care modalities.
• Precept students and new staff as needed.
• Provide world-class patient service to patients and families.
• Be punctual and follow department policies and procedures.
• Contribute to QA and PI initiatives.
