Select Medical seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in DeSoto, TX, for full-time night shifts on 12-hour rotations. Compensation ranges from $32.69 to $44.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification by start date.
• Evidence of graduation: college transcript/diploma or HS transcript/diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex conditions.
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients and families.
