• BLS within 1 month of hire date or transfer date required.
• NBRC credentialed respiratory therapist within 6 months of hire date or transfer date required.
• Respiratory care licensure by Tennessee Board obtained prior to hire date.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs to develop and implement precise respiratory care plans.
• Manage and monitor high-level respiratory equipment and treatments.
• Adjust protocols based on patient outcomes.
• Act as core member of emergency resuscitation team during codes.
• Vigilantly monitor and document patient conditions and inform medical team of changes.
