Job summary

Louisville Gardens in Louisville, OH is seeking Respiratory Therapists to join our night shift team. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available. The Respiratory Therapists will operate ventilators, administer therapies, monitor patient responses, assist with breathing exercises, and maintain charts during 7p-7a shifts.

Requirements include completion of an approved respiratory therapy program and an active state respiratory care practitioner license. Full-time position with increased wages.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved school for respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates respiratory devices including ventilators and gas administration equipment.
• Monitors patient responses and vital signs during therapy.
• Assists patients with breathing exercises.
• Maintains and reviews patient therapy charts.
• Inspects equipment for safe and efficient operation; arranges repairs as needed.
• Demonstrates procedures to trainees and staff.
