Louisville Gardens in Louisville, Ohio is seeking Respiratory Therapists to join our dedicated night-shift team from 7p to 7a. The position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and Increased wages for night work.

Essential duties include operating ventilators and gas delivery systems, monitoring patient responses, assisting with breathing exercises, and maintaining accurate therapy records under physician orders. Previous RT program completion and active state license required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved respiratory therapy program.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Active State Respiratory Care Practitioner License.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates respiratory therapy devices.
• Monitors patient responses to therapy.
• Administers prescribed gases and aerosols.
• Maintains accurate therapy charts.
• Inspects equipment and ensures safe operation.
• Demonstrates procedures to trainees.
