Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Therapy team. This 0.9 FTE night-shift role includes 12-hour shifts and a weekend rotation. A $13,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will assess and treat patients of all ages, follow protocols, and ensure safety and quality of care. Eligible candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field, Minnesota license, NBRC RRT, and BLS; ACLS/NRP within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Minnesota Respiratory Therapist license and NBRC RRT credential.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP within 6 months of hire.

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care as prescribed.
• Assess, interpret, and intervene for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment.
• Deliver care as delegated by physician/APP and communicate outcomes.
