Job summary

Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our night shift team in Troy, MI. You will deliver diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care, educate patients and staff, and support equipment operations as part of a collaborative care model.

The role requires an associate degree in respiratory therapy, MI licensure, NBRC certification eligibility, and BLS/CPR certifications. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified external hires.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• RRT NBRC status eligibility is required.
• MI state license is required at hire.
• NBRC CRT registry is required at hire.
• CPR/BLS certifications (AHA and ARC) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services.
• Participates in education of patients, students, staff and physicians.
• Provides technical support for all respiratory care equipment.
• Assists with general department functions.
