Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Inc. is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA. The role requires independent practice in cardiopulmonary care with ventilator management and diagnostic procedures.

The ideal candidate holds an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy credential, RRT, WA RCP license, and ACLS/NRP/PALS credentials within 90 days, plus CPR. Night shifts with rotating weekends are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Training program.
• Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS required within 90 days of hire depending on patient population age.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions.
• Perform independent respiratory care, ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Review care and establish therapy objectives based on patient age and needs.
