Job summary

ProMedica's Respiratory Care department is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for night shift at Bay Park Hospital. The role involves developing patient care plans, meeting therapy goals, and collaborating with the health care team across clinical, emergency, and diagnostic settings.

External candidates may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. The position requires active state licensure, BLS, and ongoing competencies; ACLS/NRP/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and NBRC CRT/RRT certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Licensed to render respiratory care in OH and/or MI; maintain CE and annual competencies.

Responsibilities

• Create a care plan, evaluate goals, and communicate with the health care team.
• Provide clinical instruction to nursing students and residents as needed; orient new staff.
• Contribute to team growth and support care across clinical, emergency, and diagnostic areas.
