Job summary

Cherry Hill Haven of Kalkaska is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Resident Care Specialists for 3rd shift, on a part-time or full-time basis. We foster a faith-based, mission-driven environment focused on dignity and connection for our residents.

In this role you will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and contribute to a safe and engaging home. Growth and ongoing training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable candidate with strong care ethic.
• Able to maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care including ADLs, comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and MAR requirements.
• Document care and medication administration accurately.
