Job summary

You will monitor residents, follow infection-control procedures, document care accurately, and communicate changes to nursing staff, while upholding resident rights and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in direct resident care and ADL support.
• Strong emphasis on safety and infection prevention.
• Ability to observe, recognize concerns, and communicate with nursing staff.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Compassion, professionalism, and respect for resident dignity and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct overnight care to residents and assist with ADLs.
