Proforma Health Inc. seeks an Overnight Resident Care Assistant to provide direct overnight care to residents, supporting daily living activities and promoting independence in a warm, patient-centered environment.

You will monitor residents, follow infection-control procedures, document care accurately, and communicate changes to nursing staff, while upholding resident rights and dignity.
