Job summary

Great Lakes Management is seeking a Resident Assistant for the NOC shift (10pm–6am) in Sun Prairie. The role averages 20–29 hours per week and pays $18–$22 per hour based on experience and certifications. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, providing emotional support, and participating in activities.

Ideal candidates may have six months of long-term care or assisted living experience and be registered as a CNA/HHA. Benefits include shift differentials and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
