Qualifications

• Registry with NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Maryland licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• CPR certification (recert every 2 years).
• ACLS.
• NRP required if NICU.
• English communication skills.
• Visual acuity and hearing within normal limits.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for a defined group of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure the quality of care.
• Provide care for neonatal to geriatric patients per unit scope.
• Involve patient family and outside agencies in assessment and continuing care as needed.
• Support Holy Cross Health mission.
