Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to support patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. You will perform ventilator management, arterial punctures, and airway procedures, ensuring safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Successful candidates will hold LA licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, NBRC registration, and current BLS/CPR with ACLS. This nights shift role operates at Lakeview Hospital and across the Northshore facilities within the LCMC

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with LA Board licensure.
• NBRC-registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.
• ACLS certification preferred and CPR/BLS current.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide airway management and respiratory care.
• Manage ventilators and adjust settings per protocol.
• Perform arterial punctures and support bronchoscopy as needed.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control policies.
