Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies, and prioritizes patient and family needs to provide quality care with the care team.
• Safely delivers medications and treatments and documents patient responses per safety policies.
• Performs continuous patient assessment and communicates changes for prompt clinical decisions.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Promotes effective teamwork to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Maintains required licensure, certifications, and ongoing education per unit standards.
