Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for the SNF unit at Greenwood Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Greenwood, SC. This full-time night shift role features 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required, delivering compassionate care and coordinating patient plans with a patient-centered team.

You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care to prevent complications and maximize functional outcomes, collaborating with physicians and therapists to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current State RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of recent acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on the SNF unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations.
• Coordinate care with physicians and rehabilitation therapists.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

Skills
