• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Comply with ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act, maintaining professional practice.
• Provide leadership, education, and mentorship to staff as assigned.
• Commit to patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
