Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support inpatient care at its facilities in the Towamencin Township area. The role focuses on patient- and family-centered care, using the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs while respecting cultural beliefs.

The RN will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care and effective discharge

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care.
• Ability to educate patients and families on conditions and treatments.
• Familiarity with discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Active RN license in PA.
