Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Monday and Wednesday night shifts in Flagstaff, AZ. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans.

The role requires active RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinic experience. Shifts are 12-hour nights, with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience.
• Current RN license in the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with input from the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications, perform diagnostic tasks, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters per policy.
• Document encounters using SOAP notes and attend required meetings and training.
• Communicate updates to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
