Kettering Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings during the 12-hour night shift. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

All duties align with our mission and B Safe program. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an Ohio RN license, with BLS certification attainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Advocate for patient needs and maintain confidentiality and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection control initiatives.
