Job summary

Lourdes Health System in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on-site. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient nursing care, ensuring safe delivery and appropriate delegation to the health care team.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, administering treatments and educating patients and families. NJ RN license and associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: 0-1 years' experience preferred; 2-4 years preferred
• Required Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Training/Certification/Licensure: NJ RN License

Responsibilities

• Performs an assessment of the patient and develops a plan of care.
• Administers, monitors and documents therapeutic interventions.
• Participates in clinical decision-making and education for patient and family.
• Delegates and monitors care rendered by nursing staff.
• Contributes to orientation and performance improvement activities.
