Qualifications

Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
Evidence of successful completion of a refresher course may be required for RNs returning after 5 years.
BLS certification current and valid.
ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications as determined by unit scope.

Responsibilities

Utilizes nursing process in providing care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Accountable for own professional development and nursing practice.
Acts as a patient advocate for safe care delivery.
Delivers nursing care in alignment with Kettering Health Network's missions and values.
