Qualifications

• Technical Diploma/Certificate Nursing required or
• Associates Degree Nursing required

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida or eligible by compact state Upon Hire
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies, and prioritizes patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Safely delivers medications and treatments with safe patient identification and risk mitigation.
• Performs continuous patient assessment and communicates changes for clinical decisions.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Promotes effective working relations and collaborates with the care team to meet unit goals.
• Maintains licensure, certifications, required education, and competencies; pursues professional growth.
