Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for each patient, with patient/significant other.
• Implements medical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary.
• Evaluates problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure quality care.
• Maintains accurate documentation of nursing care for the healthcare team.
• Performs department duties to address client needs and department goals.
• Promotes effective working relations within the unit and department.
• Maintains current knowledge, licensure, and pursue professional growth.
• Assist in other duties to support department/organization needs.
• May be required to remain on campus during severe weather or disasters.
