USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in Los Angeles is seeking a Registered Nurse for 5 North Med/Surg on a full-time 12-hour night shift (Union). You will perform the nursing process, provide education and advocate for patients, while collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.

Minimum education: RN program completion; BSN preferred (will pursue within 5 years). California RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS within 30 days; PALS and NRP per AHA. 1 year acute care preferred.

Formación

• Graduation from Registered Nurse Program.
• BSN preferred; may obtain within 5 years after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, plan, interventions, evaluation).
• Lead and collaborate with the patient care team to ensure safety, recovery and comfort.
• Educate patients and families; advocate for quality outcomes.
