Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Fairview Hospital is seeking an RN to join the Parkview III Med/Surg Unit on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Magnet-recognized environment.

Requirements include BSN preferred, active RN licensure, and BLS with ACLS/PALS per unit policy. Ongoing education and professional growth are supported.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of Ohio or applicable state.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS/PALS per unit guidelines.
• ACLS within first year in certain areas; TNCC/ENPC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care per policies and care plans.
• Monitors and documents patient condition and response to treatment.
• Coordinates discharge planning with the care team.
• Administers medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
• Educates patients and families; documents teaching.
• Maintains ongoing professional development and learning.
