Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to join a collaborative patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while maintaining a compassionate and professional environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, advocating for patients, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives per hospital policy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
• BLS certification required on hire
• Night shift availability and ability to work independently within a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality
• Participation in professional growth and continuing education

Responsabilités

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; adjust care plans as needed.
• Deliver and coordinate the care plan; optimize daily patient flow and experience.
• Communicate care plans with other staff and families.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, changes, and outcomes.
• Provide patient advocacy and education to patients and families.
• Support shared governance, professional growth, and policy compliance.
