Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates nursing or Bachelors nursing or Masters nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• RN license: single state or compact multi-state license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Deliver care per policy, document changes, and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and staff.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and professional growth.
• Mentor and support other nurses, upholding shared governance and confidentiality.
