Job summary

New RN graduates participate in the Singing River Nurse Residency Program to support transition and growth. Key duties include coordinating with the Patient Care Manager, supervising LPNs and aides, and ensuring safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Mississippi RN license required.
• ACLS certification required for listed specialty areas.
• Must complete and maintain de-escalation training by orientation (90 days).
