Job summary

Wellstar Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. This full-time night shift role (36 hours/week) involves delivering high-quality nursing care alongside the patient care team and supporting performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's in Nursing (preferred), and must hold appropriate RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire.
• BLS Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support; RN - Single State or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the patient care team.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate on care plans.
• Communicate care plans clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain documentation and uphold safety and confidentiality standards.
