• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required for some units.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient health assessments from admission to discharge.
• Administers medications per policy and documents timely and accurately.
• Plans and coordinates care with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identifies priorities and provides age-appropriate patient education.
• Establishes discharge planning and supports patient and family learning.
