Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time overnight role from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The position offers an hourly pay range of $36.00–$55.80, with a new minimum of $37.25 starting with the second paycheck in October.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, coordinate admissions/transfers, document outcomes, and participate in staff training while maintaining confidentiality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Nursing degree.
• Current State of Illinois RN license required.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition, develop and administer care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers, provide thorough handoff communications.
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers for data collection and discharge planning.
• Assist in achieving nursing department goals and improving department functioning.
• Participate in staff orientation and training; serve as resource for students.
